We are seeking a qualified and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our client’s reputable dealership in Byfleet, Surrey. Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Carry out high-quality servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicle makes and models
  • Conduct MOT tests where qualified
  • Perform mechanical repairs and diagnostics with precision
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with manufacturer standards and safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate service and repair records
  • Assist in fault finding and component replacement
  • Uphold high standards of customer service and technical excellence
  • Contribute positively to a team environment, supporting colleagues as needed
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Valid full UK driving licence
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership environment
  • MOT Testing qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • Willingness to undertake ongoing training, especially in electric vehicle technology
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
