- Competitive basic salary of £39,729, with an achievable OTE of up to £45,729 depending on experience.
- Full-time, permanent contract with operational hours Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm.
- Paid overtime for Saturday morning shifts on a 1 in 3 rota.

- Working on a wide variety of vehicles including cars and light commercial vans.
- Conduct servicing, maintenance, and repairs on light commercial vehicles, including cars and vans, across multiple makes and models.
- Diagnose faults accurately and efficiently both independently and under supervision.
- Repair vehicles to meet safety and road worthiness standards as a Vehicle Technician.
- Work within a friendly and professional team environment.
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout all tasks as a Vehicle Technician.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays on a rota basis, if required, with overtime paid accordingly.
- Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Mechanical Repair or equivalent.
- Extensive knowledge of car and light commercial vehicle mechanics.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative in diagnosing and repairing faults.
- Good organisational skills and a dedication to delivering high-quality work.
- Reside within a reasonable distance of Basildon, Essex.
- Experience working on multiple vehicle makes and models preferred.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
