We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join our client’s reputable main dealership in Coventry, Warwickshire.
The ideal individual will bring comprehensive technical expertise, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality automotive servicing and repairs.

- Basic salary up to £35,000, with an OTE of £41,000 depending on experience

- Service, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Conduct vehicle diagnostics and fault-finding procedures
- Ensure all work is completed to high standards and within manufacturer specifications
- Communicate effectively regarding vehicle status and work progress to the supervisor
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Complete MOT testing (desirable but not essential)
- Keep up-to-date with manufacturer training and technical updates
- NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology through IMI or City & Guilds Level 3
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician in a dealership or fast-paced automotive environment
- MOT licence preferred
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong work ethic, drive, and ambition to develop further as a technician
