- Repair and service a wide range of vehicles, ensuring high standards of workmanship
- Perform diagnostic checks using specialist equipment as a Vehicle Technician
- Liaise effectively with service advisors, customers, and management to ensure excellent customer service
- Conduct inspections for wear and tear, faults, and general vehicle health
- Complete work in accordance with DVSA standards and regulations
- Accurately record all work carried out and parts used
- Support team with additional vehicle maintenance and repair tasks as required
- Provide a professional approach to all customer interactions and work processes
- Level 3 IMI qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership environment
- Full UK Driving Licence
- MOT licence is desirable but not essential
- Strong customer service skills and professional attitude
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
