Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Performing vehicle servicing and maintenance following manufacturer guidelines
  • Diagnosing and rectifying faults to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Using diagnostic equipment to identify technical issues
  • Communicating repair requirements and work completed to customers
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and maintaining high standards of workmanship
  • Keeping accurate records of work carried out
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a garage or dealership environment
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Hold relevant automotive qualifications and technical certifications
  • Proactive approach to customer service and team collaboration
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
