- Conduct maintenance, servicing, and repair work on a variety of vehicles, including vans, light commercial vehicles, and cars
- Apply technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve vehicle faults efficiently
- Follow manufacturer and health and safety guidelines as a Vehicle Technician
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard while adhering to safety procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service by returning vehicles to customers promptly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation of work carried out
- Utilise own tools; MOT licence is desirable but not essential
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance or City and Guilds equivalent
- Full UK Driving License
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and high attention to detail
- Commitment to health and safety standards
- MOT licence is desirable but not essential
- Desire to develop skills and knowledge within the automotive industry
