Duties:
  • Conduct comprehensive vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance across all makes and models
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
  • Accurately identify faults and provide effective solutions
  • Maintain high standards of safety and compliance
  • Complete relevant documentation and reports
  • Work effectively under pressure to meet targets and deadlines
  • Assist in workshop organisation and cleanliness
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a busy dealership or workshop environment
  • Strong understanding of all vehicle makes and models
  • Relevant automotive qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
  • Time service qualifications are advantageous
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering quality service and repairs
  • Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and under pressure
  • Flexibility to work across a varied schedule, including weekends
  • Valid work eligibility; sponsorship available for fully qualified technicians 
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience preferred
  • Motor Trade qualifications, including Master Technician status, are advantageous
Other Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Willingness to participate in overtime hours as required
  • Excellent communication skills and team player attitude
  • Commitment to continuing professional development
