- Standard work hours: 8:15am-5:30pm Monday to Friday; with flexible hours if work is completed earlier (8:15am-5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:15am-4:00pm Friday)
- Conduct diagnosis, servicing, and repair of a wide range of cars and vans to high standards
- Accurately diagnose faults and report vehicle conditions
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and health procedures
- Carry out MOT testing in compliance with Ministry standards, if holding an MOT licence
- Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality workmanship
- Follow workshop procedures and contribute to team targets
- NVQ/IMI Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (preferred but not essential if extensive practical experience is demonstrated)
- Strong hands-on experience as a Vehicle Technician
- MOT Licence beneficial, with the option to focus mainly on MOT testing if desired
- Full UK driving licence with minimal penalty points
- Good team player with a committed and motivated attitude
- Ability to produce consistent high-quality work in a busy environment
