We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established family-run service centre in Croydon, for the position of Vehicle Technician. Duties of the Vehicle Technician:

  • Diagnosing vehicle faults accurately using advanced diagnostic tools
  • Ensuring all repairs meet high standards of safety and quality
  • Maintaining detailed work records and adhering to workshop procedures
  • Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in independent or multi-franchise workshops
  • Strong technical ability across various vehicle brands and models
  • Confidence working on complex repairs and diagnostics
  • Competence with major repair procedures, including timing belts, clutches, and EGR coolers
  • Good communication skills and a professional attitude
  • Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
