We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable Main Dealer in Shrewsbury, for a skilled Vehicle Technician. - Basic salary up to £35,000, dependent on experience
- OTE of up to £40,000
- Monday to Friday working, with a 40-hour week and no weekend shifts

- Conduct routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer standards
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Complete inspections and repairs accurately and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with the workshop team to meet workload deadlines
- Ensure all job cards and workshop documentation are correctly maintained
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication throughout the repair process
- Level 3 NVQ or equivalent qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership or independent workshop
- Strong diagnostic skills and fault-finding abilities
- MOT Licence is advantageous but not essential
- Full UK driving licence is mandatory
