We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join a reputable main dealer in Exeter, Devon. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Vehicle Technicians aiming to enhance their career within a modern, supportive environment.   • Competitive basic salary of up to £35,000, with an OTE of approximately £39,000

Duties as a Vehicle Technician:
  • Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles to manufacturer standards
  • Conducting complex mechanical and electrical repairs efficiently and accurately
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction through professional service delivery
  • Accurately diagnosing vehicle issues and communicating findings effectively to the service team
  • Keeping up-to-date with technical developments within the automotive industry
  • Assisting junior team members and sharing technical knowledge as required
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership environment
  • Relevant qualifications, including MOT, diagnostics, and repair certifications
  • Strong diagnostic skills with an in-depth understanding of automotive systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
