Our client, a well-established and reputable independent automotive service provider in Stourbridge, is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join their busy and expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Vehicle Technician looking for a stable, well-supported role with no weekend work and competitive earning potential.

  • Competitive basic salary up to £42,000, negotiable based on experience
  • Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 5:30pm; Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm; no weekends

Duties:
  • Conduct vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs to a high standard
  • Confidently handle mechanical tasks such as clutches, cambelts, and more advanced repairs
  • Work independently and efficiently within a busy workshop environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers as required
  • Maintain a safe and professional working environment
  • Keep accurate records of work carried out and comply with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in vehicle maintenance or equivalent (Level 2 considered with substantial experience)
  • Proven experience working as a competent Vehicle Technician
  • Ability to work efficiently without supervision
  • Valid driving licence and own tools
  • Experience or training with premium brands such as Audi, BMW, Mercedes, or Jaguar Land Rover (not essential)
  • MOT licence and EV/hybrid specialist training (not essential)
  • A proactive team player with good communication skills
