We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Vehicle Technician to join a reputable automotive garage located in Cricklewood, North London. The successful Vehicle Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of vehicles, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards, efficiently and accurately.

  • Competitive basic salary of £35,000 per annum
  • OTE of up to £60,000 based on performance
  • Standard Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00AM to 5:30PM
  • Saturday shifts on a 1-in-4 basis, 8:00AM to 1:00PM

Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
  • Diagnosing and repairing various vehicle faults
  • Performing routine maintenance and servicing tasks
  • Ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer standards and safety regulations
  • Maintaining accurate reports of work carried out
  • Keeping a clean and organised work environment
  • Providing excellent customer service and technical advice
  • Assisting with vehicle inspections and road tests
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or in a similar role
  • Relevant technical qualifications and certifications
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems and diagnostics
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and professionalism
