Our client, a reputable multi-franchise approved car dealership in North Bristol, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their professional workshop team. This Vehicle Technician role offers excellent career development opportunities within a well-established dealership network.

Duties:
  • Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs on all makes and models, adhering to manufacturer standards
  • Accurately diagnose vehicle faults and communicate findings effectively to the Service Manager
  • Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards as specified by our client and vehicle manufacturers
  • Complete all repairs, inspections, and servicing within set timescales
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workshop environment
  • Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times
  • Complete relevant documentation accurately and efficiently
Vehicle Technician Requirements:
  • Minimum IMI/NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • At least 1-2 years’ practical experience as a Vehicle Technician
  • Own set of tools
  • Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Ability to produce high-quality workmanship under pressure
  • Strong team player with a proactive attitude
  • Candidates with prior experience in a franchise-approved dealership are preferred but not essential
  • An active MOT Smart Card is highly advantageous but not essential
