Benefits for the successful Vehicle Technician:
  • Competitive basic salary dependent on experience, ranging from £28,000 to £40,000 per annum.
  • Uncapped performance bonus, with top earners exceeding £45,000 including bonuses.
  • Monday to Friday working hours (08:00 – 16:30), with occasional overtime paid at standard rates.

Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
  • Servicing a wide range of vehicles, utilising modern diagnostic tools where appropriate.
  • Performing repairs such as brake replacements, clutch repairs, and timing belt changes.
  • Maintaining workshop standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assisting with technical diagnostics and providing advice to team members.
  • Supporting workload management to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in an automotive workshop.
  • Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
  • Ability to work efficiently while ensuring high-quality results.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Strong team player with proactive attitude and willingness to improve.
  • Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in motor vehicle maintenance.
