The successful individual will be responsible for vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repair work, contributing to the delivery of high-quality customer care and technical excellence.

- Supporting and mentoring apprentice and junior technicians as required
- Level 3-qualified automotive technician
- Proven experience working within a main dealer or similar environment
- MOT tester accreditation preferred but not essential
- Strong diagnostic, repair, and technical skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Motivation to meet and exceed targets
