We are pleased to present an opportunity for a Vehicle Technician with a reputable franchised main dealer, offered by our client, a well-established company with a strong reputation within the automotive sector.   • Competitive basic salary up to £40,000 per annum
  • Working hours Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30, with 1 in 3 Saturdays mornings

  • Opportunity to specialise in Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) and MOT testing
Duties:
  • Performing vehicle servicing and repairs adhering to brand technical standards
  • Ensuring work complies with dealership processes and procedures
  • Communicating effectively with customers regarding repairs and work completed
  • Supporting and mentoring junior technicians and apprentices
  • Attending regular training sessions to stay updated with technical developments
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times
Requirements:
  • Relevant Level 3 qualifications such as NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent
  • Previous workshop experience within a franchised dealership
  • Strong team-working skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to plan, organise workload, and meet deadlines
  • MOT certification and experience with vans are advantageous but not essential
  • Commitment to delivering excellent service and technical excellence
