Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Conduct diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on German branded vehicles, including VAG Group, BMW, Mercedes, and similar premium models
  • Use fault-finding diagnostic equipment and multimeters to identify vehicle issues
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship in line with manufacturer specifications
  • Communicate effectively with customers, explaining work required and ensuring satisfaction
  • Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards within the workshop
  • Maintain tools and workshop organisation
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle technology and manufacturer updates
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, preferably with knowledge of German marques
  • Experience with diagnostics, electrical systems, and vehicle servicing is highly desirable
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Own tools preferred
  • Reliable, motivated, and committed to delivering quality workmanship
  • Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude
  • Manufacturers’ training or accreditation related to German brands is advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain a positive approach
