Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
  • Conduct routine vehicle servicing and maintenance to manufacturer standards
  • Replace oils, filters, brake components, and conduct general repairs
  • Carry out vehicle inspections and accurately diagnose issues using modern diagnostics
  • Repair and replace mechanical components as required
  • Prepare vehicles to a high standard for customer delivery
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
  • Work collaboratively within a professional workshop team and adhere to all health and safety protocols
Requirements of the Vehicle Technician :
  • Level 2 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification or equivalent
  • Previous experience working within a vehicle workshop or automotive environment
  • Good understanding of vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
  • Ability to carry out routine mechanical repairs with precision
  • Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional approach
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
  • Genuine interest in developing automotive skills and progressing within the industry
