We are currently seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join our client’s esteemed dealership in High Wycombe. This is a superb opportunity for a motivated professional to work within a leading prestige main car dealership, renowned for quality service and customer satisfaction. The successful Vehicle Technician will be instrumental in maintaining the dealership’s high standards and delivering exceptional workmanship.

  • Up to £45,000 basic salary plus uncapped bonus potential
  • Monday to Friday working hours, 8.30am – 5.30pm, plus one Saturday morning in five

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Conduct inspections, repairs, and routine servicing on a wide range of vehicles
  • Perform MOT testing and diagnostics, utilising advanced equipment
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards within specified times
  • Accurately document all work carried out, maintaining detailed records
  • Collaborate with team members to optimise workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Comply with health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, MOT Tester, or Diagnostic Technician
  • Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or Level 4, with applications from MOT and Service Technicians considered
  • Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in electrical repairs desirable
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Valid UK driving licence
