We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join our client’s busy and well-established fast-fit centre in Bedford. Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Carry out servicing, repairs, and maintenance on various vehicle makes and models.
  • Conduct diagnostics to identify faults and determine suitable repairs.
  • Perform work on brakes, tyres, suspension, exhausts, and wheel alignment.
  • Ensure all work completed complies with safety standards and quality expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete job cards efficiently.
  • Support team members when necessary to meet workshop targets.
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-fit centre or dealership environment.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical knowledge.
  • Positive attitude with a drive to learn and develop further.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
