We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a well-established manufacturer-owned dealership in Bolton. Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Performing routine servicing and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer standards
  • Diagnosing vehicle faults using advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer systems
  • Carrying out mechanical repairs, including engine, transmission, and electrical systems
  • Preparing vehicles for MOT testing and conducting vehicle health checks
  • Ensuring all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to high-quality standards
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of work performed and parts used
  • Collaborating with a professional team of Vehicle Technicians to deliver excellent service
  • Ensuring the workshop environment is safe, clean, and organised
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealer or similar professional environment
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Professional attitude with a commitment to high standards of work
  • Willingness to expand technical knowledge through manufacturer training and self-development
