We are currently seeking a highly skilled vehicle technician to join a reputable dealer group in Epsom. Benefits of the Vehicle Technician:
  • Competitive basic salary of £35,000 to £40,000, with the potential to earn up to £50,000 including bonuses
  • Working hours of 42.5 per week, Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays on a rota paid at time and a half

Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
  • Servicing and repairing vehicles to high standards, ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently
  • Carrying out diagnosis and fault finding with technical competence
  • Performing repairs within manufacturer guidelines and adhering to safety protocols
  • Maintaining detailed repair and service records
  • Supporting the team with general workshop duties and vehicle handovers
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service
Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:
  • Proven experience as a vehicle technician, preferably within a franchise dealership
  • Relevant qualifications such as Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair; Level 2 with significant experience encouraged to apply
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Professional approach with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
