We are recruiting a Vehicle Technician on behalf of our client, a reputable car dealership located in Farnham, Surrey. The Vehicle Technician role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals to develop their careers within a well-established and supportive environment.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary between £32,000 and £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience
  • OTE of up to £45,000, including performance-based bonuses
  • Working hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Saturday mornings on a rota, paid at time and a half

Duties:
  • Servicing and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards
  • Diagnosing automotive issues accurately and efficiently
  • Conducting repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
  • Performing pre-MOT inspections and minor repairs
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate service records as the Vehicle Technician
  • Completing work within designated timeframes
  • Assisting colleagues to maintain workshop efficiency and quality standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a busy dealership or independent garage
  • Relevant automotive qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, BTEC)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good attention to detail and craftsmanship
