We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable family-run franchise-approved car dealership in Bridgend for the position of Vehicle Technician. This is a great Vehicle Technician opportunity for an experienced professional to join a dedicated team committed to high standards of vehicle service, repair, and diagnostics.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Accurately identify vehicle faults and report findings to management
  • Ensure repairs and diagnostics meet safety, reliability, and performance requirements
  • Adhere to health & safety protocols and quality procedures at all times
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and organisation within the workshop
  • Work efficiently within a franchise dealer-approved environment
  • Collaborate as part of a friendly, professional team to deliver exemplary customer service
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Qualifications: IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Live within a reasonable commuting distance of Bridgend
  • Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Strong team player with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work to high standards in a busy workshop environment
  • Organised, methodical, and committed to quality workmanship
