Our client, a reputable main dealer in Milton Keynes, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician (Late Shift) to join their busy workshop. This is an Vehicle Technician excellent opportunity for experienced technicians to work within a manufacturer-backed dealership committed to training and career development. This position offers a competitive salary, a supportive working environment, and real prospects for advancement.

Benefits:
  • Basic salary up to £38,500
  • Bonus scheme with OTE circa £42,000
  • Working hours Monday to Friday, 3:00pm – 11:00pm
  • No weekend working

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer standards
  • Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults using the latest diagnostic tools
  • Complete vehicle inspections, health checks, and repairs efficiently
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, adhering to manufacturer and company guidelines
  • Accurately complete job cards and maintain electronic workshop records
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician (Late Shift)
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with diagnostic experience preferred
  • Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Valid full UK driving licence
