We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our client’s busy service centre in Loughton, Essex. This Vehicle Technician role offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated automotive professional to develop their career within a reputable dealership. The successful Vehicle Technician will be responsible for delivering high standards of vehicle servicing and repairs, ensuring total customer satisfaction at every stage.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Conduct vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs to high standards
  • Identify faults and communicate findings effectively to customers
  • Maintain accurate work records and complete all necessary paperwork
  • Adhere to workshop health and safety protocols at all times
  • Assist with additional workshop tasks as needed to support team operations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a fast-paced workshop environment 
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
  • Relevant automotive qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and meet deadlines
  • Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and excellent customer service
