We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established franchised main dealer in Poole for a Vehicle Technician. This is an excellent Vehicle Technician opportunity for an experienced professional to join a reputable motor group known for high standards and exceptional service. Duties:
  • Carry out vehicle servicing, repairs, and MOT testing to manufacturer standards
  • Ensure all work is completed to high quality and efficiency
  • Accurately complete all warranty, service, and repair documentation
  • Identify potential additional work to enhance customer safety and satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
  • Support colleagues in achieving workshop targets and maintaining operational efficiency
Requirements:
  • Previous experience within an automotive retail environment or similar
  • NVQ Level 3 in Automotive Vehicle Servicing & Repair or an equivalent qualification
  • Valid MOT Tester licence is preferred but not essential
  • Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and technical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy workshop environment
  • Customer-focused, professional attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence (subject to licence checks)
