We are seeking a Vehicle Technician to join a reputable, family-run motor trade business in Camberley, Surrey. As a key member of the workshop team, the Vehicle Technician will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service for all makes and models. Duties:
  • Carry out routine service and maintenance tasks including brakes, suspension, clutches, and timing belts or chains
  • Conduct mechanical and electrical diagnostics
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship on all vehicle makes and models
  • Ensure customer vehicles are prepared to the highest standard
  • Provide excellent customer service aligned with the company’s reputation
  • Keep technical knowledge up to date and participate in ongoing training and development
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician with competence across all vehicle systems
  • Enthusiasm for learning and improving technical skills
  • Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical issues
  • Positive attitude and a passion for cars and the automotive industry
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team and independently
  • Preference for individuals living locally within Camberley or surrounding areas
  • Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) are desirable
