- Conduct repairs and servicing on a wide range of vehicles
- Perform diagnostic checks to identify faults accurately
- Inspect vehicles for wear and tear or general faults and carry out necessary corrections
- Work to DVSA standards for vehicle inspections
- Provide excellent customer service, explaining repairs and work carried out
- Assist junior team members with complex mechanical tasks
- Maintain comprehensive records of work completed using manufacturer systems
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent in vehicle maintenance and repair
- Full UK valid driving licence
- Own set of professional tools
- Ability to complete complex mechanical repairs accurately
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation
- Previous experience in a similar technician role within a main dealer environment
