- Perform routine servicing in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and customer requests
- Carry out repairs and warranty work as authorised by the customer
- Road test vehicles to verify and rectify faults
- Complete accurate service documentation and warranty write-ups
- Collaborate with a team of professional technicians to maintain high standards of customer service
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or mechanic
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence
- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to quality and continuous learning
- Experience working with specific vehicle brands is advantageous but not essential, as full brand training will be provided
- Eagerness to develop skills within a dealership environment
