Salary: £19.23 per hour | Approx. £47,000 annual earnings
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm
Overtime: Alternate Saturdays, paid at 1.5x

LCV Technician – £47,000 + Overtime

Are you an experienced LCV Technician, Van Technician or Vehicle Technician looking for a Monday to Friday day shift with excellent earning potential?

We are recruiting for an experienced LCV Technician to join a busy commercial vehicle workshop in Highbridge. You'll earn £19.23 per hour, with alternate Saturday overtime paid at time and a half, giving you the opportunity to earn approximately £47,000 per year.

This is a permanent position offering regular overtime, ongoing training and long-term career progression.

The Role

As an LCV Technician / Van Technician, you will:

  • Service, maintain and repair vans and light commercial vehicles
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical and technical faults
  • Carry out inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Complete MOT preparation and safety checks
  • Identify and repair vehicle defects
  • Complete job cards and workshop paperwork
  • Work safely and efficiently to manufacturer standards
  • Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience as an LCV Technician, Van Technician or Vehicle Technician
  • Experience working on vans or light commercial vehicles
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
  • Good fault-finding ability
  • Commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence

Level 3 Light Vehicle / LCV qualification is desirable but relevant experience will also be considered.
