We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established automotive accident repair group with a strong presence across the UK, for the position of Valetor/Driver in Newport.

- Working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm
- Collecting and delivering customers’ damaged vehicles in a prompt and professional manner
- Valeting vehicles on-site in readiness for customer collection
- Assisting with site maintenance and general housekeeping tasks
- Managing courtesy cars and ensuring their availability and proper condition
- Assisting with vehicle cleaning on-site as required
- Providing excellent customer service, being the first point of contact for customers
- Supporting the Bodyshop team with ad-hoc duties as necessary
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Previous experience in a similar driving or valet role is advantageous but not essential
- Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Ability to work efficiently within deadlines and maintain excellent timekeeping
- Willingness to undertake training and develop within the role
