Vetland Hospital & Emergency in Mitcham is looking for a veterinarian who is "Feline-Focused" but "Species-Curious" to make our team awesome-rr!

We are a group of ordinary vets treading on territory where few have been before. We’ve built the infrastructure - now we need the champion. We are looking for an experienced clinician who loves the thrill of feline medicine across all disciplines: internal medicine, surgery, and emergency treatment.

The Canvas for Your Masterpiece

Our purpose-built clinic is a feline sanctuary. We have a dedicated cat-only consulting wing and high/low-care cat hospital wards. While you lead the feline growth, you have the full "toy box" for all species:

• The Tech: 16-slice CT, CO2 laser scalpel, Ligasure, and AI-assisted diagnostics.

• The Variety: One hour it’s a complex feline Cryptococcus workup; the next it’s a GDV or a classic "vomiting cat" puzzle.

• The Support: We are super collaborative. Whether your passion is feline medicine or surgery, our powerhouse team rallies behind you.

The Logistics

• Experience: 3+ years minimum. You need to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional Growth: We encourage your ambitions. We will fund your Feline Membership (MANZCVS) study and provide the caseload to ensure you pass.
