Vice Principal (Male - Primary Focussed)

The successful candidate will be someone who:

• ✅ Holds a British Teaching Qualification (BA Primary QTS or PGCE Primary QTS)
• ✅ Has successful leadership experience in a British School or a British International School (Experience in the UAE would be a huge benefit)
• ✅ Has a strong focus on Teaching and Learning

A British international school in Dubai is seeking to appoint an experienced and inspirational Vice Principal (Primary) – Male to join its senior leadership team from August 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly effective leader with a proven track record of driving academic excellence, developing staff, and enhancing the overall student experience within a British curriculum setting. Working closely with the Principal and wider leadership team, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the Primary phase, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, behaviour, and pastoral care across the school.

The school is looking for a dynamic educational leader who possesses strong leadership experience within a Primary setting, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for supporting both students and staff to achieve their full potential.
