We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and results-driven Vice Principal to join a well-established British international school in Sharjah, UAE.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious senior leader with a proven track record of raising academic standards, improving the quality of teaching and learning, and using data effectively to drive student attainment.

The successful candidate will take a leading role in the school's academic development, ensuring consistently high standards of teaching, learning and student achievement.

Essential Requirements

• Qualified educator with a strong understanding of the British curriculum.
• Minimum 5 years' senior leadership experience within a school setting.
• Master's degree in Educational Leadership (essential to meet SPEA requirements).
• Proven experience in improving the quality of teaching and learning across a school.
• Strong understanding of assessment, data analysis and strategies to raise student attainment.
• Demonstrable success in leading academic improvement and driving whole-school performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and staff development skills.
• Ability to inspire, support and challenge teaching teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the school's academic strategy and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor and enhance teaching and learning standards across all departments.
• Use student performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective interventions.
• Support and develop middle leaders and teaching staff.
• Ensure high expectations for academic achievement and student progress.
• Work closely with the Principal and senior leadership team to achieve the school's strategic objectives.

Salary & Benefits
