Role: VNA Driver
Location: Bedford
Contract: Ongoing – Temp to Perm Opportunity
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
Weekends: No weekend working

Pay Rates & Shifts
  • Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 15:00 – 23:30 – £17.00 per hour
  • Night Shift: Monday to Friday, 23:00 – 07:30 – £17.50 per hour
Licensing & Training:
Internal and external VNA licences accepted, with previous VNA experience also considered. Refresher training is available where required.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Operating VNA trucks safely and efficiently within a warehouse environment
  • Picking stock accurately and efficiently
  • Putting away and locating stock within designated warehouse areas
  • Moving stock safely throughout the operation
  • Following all site-specific health & safety procedures
  • Adhering to warehouse processes and operating procedures
  • Maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity
  • Supporting with general warehouse duties as required

RequirementsTo be considered for this position, candidates should have:
  • A VNA licence or previous VNA experience – essential
  • Previous experience operating a VNA truck
  • Internal or external VNA licences accepted
  • A reliable, punctual and professional approach to work
  • Strong commitment to health & safety
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to complete refresher training if required
