Vna Driver (Very Narrow Isle Driver)

The Recruitment Group is working on behalf of our client, a well-established warehouse and logistics operation, to recruit an experienced VNA FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative to join their busy team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced VNA forklift truck driver looking for a long-term warehouse role with a reputable employer.

As a VNA FLT Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage and retrieval of stock within a busy warehouse environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Operating a VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) forklift truck safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading goods.
• Moving and storing stock within the warehouse.
• Picking and replenishing stock at height.
• Carrying out accurate stock movements and warehouse duties.
• Ensuring goods are stored safely and securely.
• Following all warehouse health and safety procedures.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Supporting the wider warehouse team when required.

The successful VNA FLT Driver will ideally have:

• Previous experience operating a VNA forklift truck in a warehouse environment.
• A valid VNA FLT licence/certificate or relevant accredited training.
• Good knowledge of warehouse health and safety procedures.
• Experience working at height and within narrow-aisle warehouse environments.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• A reliable and hardworking attitude.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety.
