VNA HLOP Driver - BURY ST EDMUNDS - £15.33 PER HOUR - IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE

We are recruiting for VNA HLOP Drivers for our client based in the Bury St Edmunds area.  Our client are a leading international logistics partner, specialising in supply chain solutions for a variety of brands within the fashion and lifestyle sector. 

Requirements of a VNA HLOP Driver:

• Experience working in a busy warehouse environment
• Ability to work at height for long periods of time - 18m high
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Good and effective communication skills
• Proactive attitude
• Physically fit - some items can be up to 32kg in weight. 

Details:

• Day Shift - Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, £15.33 per hour
• Afternoon Shift - Monday to Friday, 4pm to 12am, £15.33 per hour
• Overtime rates available

Duties of a VNA HLOP Driver:

• Accurately picking items using hand-held scanners using FLT equipment - please note, the racking in the warehouse is 18m high.
• Securely operate FLT (hilop, mlop, ppt) equipment and adhere to strict health and safety rules on site
• Moving palletised goods around the warehouse to the correct locations
• Support with loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Perform daily safety checks on equipment before usage
• General housekeeping duties to maintain a clean working environment
• All work undergone is physically demanding due to the nature of the environment
