Multi Trade Team – Voids (Price Work)

Location: Bromley
Rate: Price Work – £750–£3,000 per property (depending on property size and schedule of works)
Contract: Ongoing
Start: Immediate

We're looking for experienced Multi Trade Teams to work on a busy social housing voids contract across Bromley.

This is a price work role, ideal for teams who can work efficiently while maintaining a high standard. Typical earnings are £750–£3,000 per property, with a consistent pipeline of work available.

The Role:

• Full refurbishment of void social housing properties
• Carrying out all internal and external works required to bring properties back to lettable standard
• Everything covered except gas and electrical works
• Working from a schedule of rates on a price work basis
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales

Typical Works Include:

• Carpentry (1st & 2nd fix)
• Plumbing repairs and sanitary ware
• Kitchen and bathroom fitting
• Plastering and patch repairs
• Tiling
• Painting and decorating
• Flooring and vinyl
• Door, lock and ironmongery replacements
• General repairs and snagging

Requirements:

• Previous experience working on social housing voids
• Own van and tools
• Ability to complete properties independently and to programme
• Full UK Driving Licence
• CSCS card preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality of work
