Voids Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise void property maintenance works across social housing properties in the Finsbury Park area
• Manage day-to-day activities of operatives, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards
• Coordinate trades, monitor progress, and ensure properties are completed within agreed timescales
• Carry out regular site checks and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
• Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and customers to support the smooth delivery of void works
• Ensure all works meet company standards, contractual requirements, and relevant regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Voids Supervisor within social housing or property maintenance
• Valid SSSTS or IOSH Managing Safely qualification (minimum requirement)
• Where a trade or management qualification is held, evidence must be provided
• Strong knowledge of housing maintenance, void processes, and health and safety requirements
