A local authority based in Surrey are looking for an interim voids surveyor to come in for 3 – 6 months, with the possibility to be extended in the future.
You will be focussing on the generic void repairs on the local authorities housing stock. You will be sorting a small backlog and then be expected to do around 5-6 inspections per week.
There is also an option for flexible working with some home working 2 days in the office, 2 days on site and one day working from home.
