What You'll Be Doing

As a member of our Waiting Staff team, you'll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by:

  • Welcoming and seating guests with a warm, friendly approach
  • Taking food and drink orders accurately
  • Serving meals and beverages efficiently
  • Delivering outstanding customer service throughout each shift
  • Clearing and resetting tables to a high standard
  • Processing payments and handling bills
  • Maintaining excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards
