We are recruiting experienced Waiters and Waitresses for temporary assignments in hotels, restaurants, weddings and events throughout Scotland.

These live-in Waiting Staff opportunities allow you to explore new locations, meet different teams and build valuable experience.

• Pay from £14.24 per hour, including holiday pay
• Accommodation provided with each assignment
• Short-term and ongoing placements
• Opportunities from the islands to major cities
• Experience within a variety of venues
• Support from a specialist recruitment consultant

• Providing friendly and attentive table service
• Taking orders and serving food and drinks
• Preparing restaurants and function spaces
• Clearing tables and resetting service areas
• Supporting weddings, functions and special events
• Working closely with the wider team

• Previous experience working as Waiters and Waitresses
• A friendly, professional and reliable approach
• Confidence working in busy service environments
• Flexibility regarding shifts, locations and assignment lengths
• A willingness to work away from home
