Apricus Resourcing are working with a leading charitable organisation who are looking for a for a dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Support Worker to join a residential drug & alcohol service in Yarnton, Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in supporting residents throughout the night, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing while promoting independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality overnight support to residents.
- Ensure the safety, security, and wellbeing of individuals throughout the night.
- Respond appropriately to residents' needs and any emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
- Carry out routine welfare checks and support residents in line with individual care plans.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver person-centred care.
About You

- Can remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Is reliable, responsible, and able to work independently during night shifts.

Previous experience in a care or support setting is essential for this role.
