ntrepid Healthcare is currently recruiting experienced Band 5 Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to work at St Martin's Hospital in Canterbury.

We have a variety of agency shifts available, including days, nights and weekends, offering excellent flexibility for nurses looking for regular agency work or additional shifts alongside existing commitments.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an established hospital environment, delivering high-quality patient care as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team.

• Deliver safe, effective and compassionate nursing care to patients.

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised patient care plans.

• Administer medication and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines.

• Monitor patient observations and recognise signs of clinical deterioration.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.

• Work collaboratively with doctors, healthcare assistants and other clinical professionals.

• Support patients with their physical and emotional wellbeing.

• Ensure infection prevention and control procedures are followed.

• Promote patient dignity, privacy and confidentiality.

• Escalate clinical concerns and respond appropriately to emergencies.
