Warehouse Admin Clerk

Staffline is recruiting a Warehouse Admin Clerk in Walsall.

The rate of pay is £12.71 per hour.

Overtime is available and is paid at £19.07 to £25.42 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, and the hours of work are:
- 7am to 3pm

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative your duties include:

- Working with a scanner
- Manual handling, including lifting items up to 25 kg
- Quality control checks
- Carrying out basic warehouse duties
- Counting stock for audits
- Following Health and Safety processes at all times
- Maintain a high level of accuracy when picking orders for customers
- Any other reasonable duties to support the delivery of exemplary customer service to both internal and external customers

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker must have warehouse system experience as well as the normal Microsoft Office suite experience.

Other skills we are looking for:

- Being switched on & dynamic, be based on the shop floor reporting to the receiving supervisor
- Good attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in every task
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills to support stock checks and daily warehouse processes
- Confident using technology and handheld scanners to track and manage items
- A proactive team player who enjoys working with others to keep operations running smoothly
- Comfortable with tasks involving repetition, including counting, checking, and updating stock levels
