Warehouse Administrator – Immediate Start

Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30
Pay Rate: £13.09 per hour
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 3 to 4 months, with the potential to continue longer
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join a busy warehouse operation, supporting a small and friendly existing team.

This is initially a 3 to 4 month temporary assignment, although there is potential for the role to continue beyond this depending on business requirements.

You will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation, helping to coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries and ensuring all associated paperwork, spreadsheets and internal systems are accurate and kept up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating and processing paperwork for incoming and outgoing deliveries

• Updating internal systems with delivery and stock information

• Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets

• Checking paperwork for accuracy and resolving any discrepancies

• Liaising with warehouse colleagues regarding deliveries and collections

• Filing and maintaining accurate records

• Providing general administrative support to the warehouse team

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will be organised, accurate and comfortable working within a busy warehouse environment.

You will need:

• Availability to start immediately

• Previous administration experience, ideally within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Confident IT and data entry skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Ability to prioritise your workload and work as part of a small team
