Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator looking for your next opportunity? Our client, a well-established and growing logistics business based in Milton Keynes, is looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join their friendly team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Working as part of a close-knit team of three, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse operation while providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
The Role
As a Warehouse Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Booking goods into the warehouse system accurately.
- Processing and organising customer orders.
- Taking photographs of stock and sending them to customers when required.
- Sorting and processing deliveries.
- Responding to customer enquiries via email in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing updates to customers and clients on orders and deliveries.
- Supporting the warehouse team with general administrative duties.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all information is up to date.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous administration experience.
- Is confident using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word.
- Has excellent written communication skills and is comfortable responding to customer emails.
- Has strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Can prioritise workloads and work effectively in a busy environment.
- Is a team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Previous warehouse administration or logistics experience is advantageous but not essential.
