Warehouse Assembly Operator (trainee)

THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a reliable and practical Warehouse - Production Operatives to support the machine operating teams. This is a hands-on role involving setting up plant and machinery, handling raw materials, packing finished product, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Full training will be provided!

Working 37.5 hours per week on a set weekly shift pattern or rotating:

Afternoons: Monday to Friday 2pm – 10pm

or

Nights: Monday to Friday 10pm – 6am

Key Responsibilities:

• Feeding materials into the machine, adjusting machine controls and monitoring the production process
• Kitting components together
• Label, stack and pack products as required
• Keeping jobs running efficiently and safely
• Being a flexible team member, willing to work at any point of the process

We’d love to hear from you if you can bring:

• Previous experience within manufacturing or warehouse industry (highly desirable but not essential)
• The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative
• The ability to work independently as well as within a team

The successful candidates will be responsible for operating and monitoring machines and equipment that produce a variety of products whilst consistently adhering to health and safety policies.
